De Anza Vision Center Apc

We’ve been going to De Anza Vision Center since my son was two years old, and we’ve always had such a great experience. Dr. Joo and her team are so kind, patient, and really know how to work with kids. They make eye appointments easy and stress-free—even fun—for little ones! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. My son feels comfortable every time we go, which means a lot as a parent. You can tell they genuinely care. If you’re looking for a great eye doctor for your child (or yourself!), I highly recommend De Anza Vision Center. They’re the best!

Dr. Joo is exceptionally caring and knowledgeable. She takes the time to put her patients at ease and explains each step of the exam thoroughly. We are truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate doctor in our community. Thank you, Dr. Joo!

Communication is still terrible. You aren't told that your appointment time is being swapped or was swapped with other patients until after you wait in their office for over half an hour AFTER they get all the pretests done. The receptionist and other techs apparently swapped my time without even the doctor knowing and LIED ABOUT ME NOT ARRIVING ON TIME WHEN I DID. Terrible service and incredibly INCREDIBLY unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE.

I don’t really give reviews or five stars but Dr. Joo is absolutely the best eye doctor. She’s very thorough and explains everything. She makes sure I have all my questions answered and really patient. If I have concerns, she makes sure to address them. I can’t express how amazing she is. The staff has been great as well. Always helpful and answers my calls promptly. I highly recommend De Anza Vision Center.

I had an amazing experience here for my eye exam. Dr. Luo went above and beyond, she did all kinds of tests and imaging to make sure everything is fine. Answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or ignored. Thanks once again.
