Ive been going to the Hand and Upper Extremeties clinic since the beginning of February for therapy for my thumb surgery that had originally gone very well and then took a bad turn due to unforseen circumstances (mainly a bad car accident). I really like the Therapist and Assistant and they have great ideas for reducing scar tissue and helped me find a thumb cover on Amazon to protect my scar and sensitive skin and hold the bandages on.

Felt I should review because the rating is so low, but I haven't had a bad experience. Friendly reception, easy to get an appt, short wait times. Good with children.
This Hospital is a joke. I called earlier to see if it was ok to take my son in to get tested for covid-19 was told it was ok to bring him in. Long story short the nurse and doctor were VERY rude to my husband and son over the fact that he might be Exposing them to covid -19. In my eyes don’t be a nurse or doctor if you don’t want to be exposed to any sickness. My husband and I both work in the career field were we take the chance of being exposed daily. We won’t be returning to this hospital again.
In the clinic itself is fine but going into urgent care they do NOTHING....nothing qt all for me or other people I know. Dont waste your time going. Id rather drive to Madison and get real help :/
