Although I live 60 miles away, I come back for my frames because I’ve always had a good experience with the workers there. We are able to mitigate issues over the phone and find an order that suits me. I’ve enjoyed conversations with the employees there and appreciate Their effort to complete it as fast as possible. I would recommend them to others in the future and I will be back for my next frames in the next couple years.

I like Dr. Fields a lot, but I want to really recognize the glasses shop/store in the stoughton hospital. This staff is quick, helpful, friendly, and just amazing. I’ve gotten two pairs of glasses here and I am just so amazed at how quick and professional they are. My most recent purchase, I scratched a lens about 2 weeks after my purchase and they replaced the lens completely free and had my glasses back to me in 4 days. I’m really impressed with their service.

I visited the Stoughton Rd location to pick out new glasses. Great team. Ariel helped me choose a new look that I absolutely love. A few weeks later, (when a frame sale started) I went back and worked with Sandy for lense selection, sizing and final fit. It was a fun experience. Thank you all.

Ordered my glasses at Dean Davis eye wear on stoughton rd —-Sandy B. was the lady that helped me. She was wonderful, extremely helpful, efficient & customer focused-I liked her so much I will in the future stop at this location for future purchases.

Really bad experience! Took my 80+ year old dad for an eyeglass prescription and they took over an hour and half to do his exam! He said the nurse told him that he was in a year ago, but he hasn't had an exam for over 7 years! Plus he said the "nurse" did the whole exam. He only saw the doctor for about 10 minutes. This was at the Stoughton Hospital location.
