I was there today 9-19-2025 to have my glasses repaired and was thinking care of with out having to wait or come back and the price was so reasonable I don't think they changed me for labor. It was my first time there. I will be coming back for all my future eyeglasses need.

*not sure why’d you be in competition with a burger joint. It was a pair of Nicole Miller frames, that the guy said he’d put my name on and hold for me. Obviously they were never picked up, but if you need to believe this review is fake in order to sleep at night, by all means. However, I went to Clarke Eye Care and their service was great, found a couple pairs I loved. Didn’t need to contact you since I had found different frames. Seems like ordering from you is the way to go, considering thats what all your “good” reviews are about. Service in store was not good for me. Didn’t know I couldn’t leave a one star review without being “located.” Went in to find some frames. I didn’t have my prescription with me, but their website said they could call and get it. Once I found some frames, he said no he couldn’t, to bring in the prescription “tomorrow” and he would hold the frames for me. I live out of town but I really liked the frames, so I said okay. Went back the next day (Saturday) and there was no one at the front desk so I walked around the store, sat and waited, eventually just left because no one greeted me or let me know how long the wait would be. Disappointed to say the least.
