Wichita Eye Care

Great experience here. I was able to do a same day appointment. The check-in process was easy and I was able to see the optometrist quickly. The staff is knowledgeable about their work. I felt that I had a thorough exam. Staff was beyond friendly and it shows in how they treat each patient and families. I've been seen at this office since I was 15 years old and have not had an issue with the quality of my prescription or eyecare. I recommend this place to multiple friends, family and have done so for years. If being a patient here for over 19 years doesn't prove how well the care is here, then there is not much to say.

Great service. Great people come get you some glasses people. And some love too okay, I didn't wanna say, oh, add photos I can't do it yet. I aint got my glasses. I'll do another one when I get my glasses. But I had cataract removal in both eyes, and it was superb

Over all Friendly Group, Very Professional.. Had a Problem with Eyemart express Next door they Couldn't use the Prescription WichtaEyecare Gave me. 1st pair left eye upside down and Blurry, 2nd pair still Left eye Blurry and I could see my own eye as a reflection in both side Heavy Glare in both. Lens were supposed to be Non Glare. Last Got a Refund for Glasses after finding out 3rd set would cost me 260 more than the already 595 dollars I've already Spent. After Refund. Went back to Wichita Eyecare They explained to me they Couldn't help me without the New glases?? I wanted to get my Eyes retested would Cost another 119 dollars here. But, I can't use my New Prescription to buy New Glasses ??? See my Problem ? Looking at different Offices if I'm going to have to pay more out of pocket. Just my experience 3/26 to 4/26 WF TX

What a great experience. From the phone call to set up the appointment to completion. Every single person was friendly, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. The doctor was was very personable as well. I’m so glad my friend referred me. Thank you to the entire team. (I dread the eye doctor like people dread the dentist…and I will happily go back and see Dr. Sheriff and his team again).

PARENTS BEWARE. Went in for routine exam but he got the prescription wrong. When I went back he refused to redo my exam and asked me how much would it cost him for me to leave. PARENTS: Please remember your babies might not know if their prescription is wrong. Taking them to a provider that doesn't know how to check eyes correctly could result in major medical issues including migraines and even balance issues.
