Won't give me my glasses it's been 4 weeks and I've called countless times and they give me my glasses. I've called countless times and they just hang up every time and won't give them to me. Do not trust this HORRIBLE place

Dr. Williams and her staff have been taking care of me and my family for years! We love her and truly appreciate her kindness and care she provides! I was so happy to hear of her opening a clinic in Hindman to save on my commute to Whitesburg. :)

You get in decently quick and that’s with them still being busy. The staff are very nice and quick to help you. We didn’t wait long to be seen once we were there for our appointments. They worked quickly and efficiently to help us. The exams were thorough and my prescription came out great. The ladies who help you pick out your glasses were a great help. They gave actual help and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how my glasses came out. 10/10 would recommend them to my family and friends, I have already.

Best optometrist in the area by far! Staff is friendly and the doctor Williams is caring & excellent. Highly recommend. Love my Fendi Sunnies! 🕶️
