I had my cataract surgery, and it was amazing. Dr. Silberman took time to explain all the details of the surgery, before and after. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The whole process from before surgery to after was very organized and easy for me. They are very professional and friendly. This is the best medical care great example that I have ever encounter.

No one would classify eye surgery and ophthalmology care as an amazing experience—-unless they have had Dr. Deborah Silberman and team as caregivers!!! Nervously concerned about cataract surgery for both eyes, I imagined the procedure to be long and laborious. But from my first visit with Dr. Silberman, I felt confident that all would go well. The Ralph Avenue team of experts worked diligently to emphasize the Doctor’s orders and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about eye care in general. The “surgery” didn’t really feel like surgery. It was comfortably relaxing. 😲😊😲. This is the sign of a truly accomplished professional, who knows what she’s doing and knows how to do it well-that’s Dr. Silberman!!! I thank both Dr. Silberman and her team of experts for a job well done. I’ve already recommended her to several other people who need eye care!!!!

I came in everybody was so welcoming. I had a great experience at my appointment. The doctor and staff was very attentive, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly and the office was clean. I didn’t have to wait long, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this practice. 10/10

Highly do not recommend. I called to schedule an appointment. Although they were not able to schedule the clerk at the desk who answered the phone was very rude & did not handle our conversation with pleasure at all. Very dismissive. I am very disappointed being a health care provider myself. The way you speak to people & simple apology goes a long way. This is not how you handle your patients.

The experience this morning was utterly ridiculous and extremely troubling. The staff at operating facilities were extremely rude and dr.Silberman did not seem to care about the way her patients or their caretakers were being treated. After waiting 3 hours after our appointment time and trying to find out what was happening we were met with an exasperated Dr. Silberman who preferred to act like we were crazy for being confused instead of explaining what was happening and providing insight into what was happening. It’s disappointing when the staff is rude and you have absolutely no recourse. I literally was screamed at by a nurse as her supervisor tried (and failed) to calm her down. I felt so threatened and was so nervous I had to record for my safety.
