Staff are courteous a n d polite. Ms. Sylvia is very patience above and beyond to make my mother in law comfortable. Will recommend Dr Silberman to anyone who is looking for a good and knowledgeable eye specialist.

The experience this morning was utterly ridiculous and extremely troubling. The staff at operating facilities were extremely rude and dr.Silberman did not seem to care about the way her patients or their caretakers were being treated. After waiting 3 hours after our appointment time and trying to find out what was happening we were met with an exasperated Dr. Silberman who preferred to act like we were crazy for being confused instead of explaining what was happening and providing insight into what was happening. It’s disappointing when the staff is rude and you have absolutely no recourse. I literally was screamed at by a nurse as her supervisor tried (and failed) to calm her down. I felt so threatened and was so nervous I had to record for my safety.

I arrived at the office this morning with a medical emergency, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with your receptionist Sandra. In a doctor's office, one expects a welcoming and helpful environment, but I felt dismissed and unwelcome. When seeking medical assistance, it's disheartening to encounter such attitudes, and it has led me to consider seeking care elsewhere.

One of THE WORST customer service experiences. The staff was very condescending and apathetic. Horrible setting and the doctor canceled last minute. You have a 2 hour wait, with no exceptions. They Mess up, it's your fault. Save yourself the time and just go to couture optical or somewhere else.

The staff at the office of Dr. Silberman‘s office Thara explained everything from ATo Z for me she was fantastic. The covit test the woman gives was the greatest experience. Dr. Silberman handled the surgery perfect. Could not get a better team than them!Love them
