Came in with my husband. I was blown away at how dirty it is. Walls are filthy, carpet has stains. Couch stinks. We pay enough not to have to sit in stink and filthnes. Also at his appointment the air-conditioning didn't work.

I’ve been wanting to make this review for a long time just hadn’t had the time but I’m gonna tell you it’s by far the worst eye doctor I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been wearing glasses for 38 years. I have not been able to wear the glasses that I paid them for Which cost Over $900 my wife’s glasses also cost over $900 and they don’t work correctly. Either mine were so bad. I’ve never worn them. I’ve been wearing my old glasses. I would not recommend them to fit glasses on a bullfrog.
I spend $900 on two pair of eyeglasses that I provided my own frames for. I asked for two hard cover cases and was told they can't provide them unless I bought frames. Unbelievable.
I took my husband in for the first time. And he said it was one of the best eye exams he's had in a long time. The office staff was very professional and helped with any questions that we've had. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We did not have to wait long. And I'm sorry I forgot your name but the lady that helped when he was picking up his glasses you are fun to be around. We will be going back
I have been wearing classes for 20 years and contacts for 15 of those 20. This was by far the most frustrating experience I have had with an eye care office. Prior to the appointment I was told to bring my prescription so they could make sure that they’d be able to keep me in a prescription I was comfortable with. When I got there I told them I had my contact with me. During the exam I mentioned to the Dr. that I was not comfortable with going down on my prescription. This was dismissed and I was still asked to have a trial week of a prescription I knew wouldn’t work. I need to add that I have tried a good faith effort to go down before and it did not work. I went through the eye exam, finding out at the end that my eyes would be dilated. Even after the drops were administered it I was still not clear on what the drops were. I then found out that I had to have a follow up appointment which I found odd as I have never had to do with another Dr. When I called after my appointment to discuss my frustrations, I felt as if I was being talked to and not heard. The lady at the front desk mentioned that if they’d known I had my original prescription they would have just done the fitting then. I found this odd as I told them I had my original prescription, they asked me prior to bring it, and the Dr. did not seem receptive to what I had to say. I am now having to go back in to take care of something that could’ve been done today, have him look at my eyes, and hopefully adjust the prescription. After all of that maybe they will release the prescription so I can order contacts. All in all, I feel very frustrated and do no think this Dr.will be a good fit for myself or my family in the future.
