I had an amazing experience with Bernadette! Her customer service was truly impeccable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me. Bernadette demonstrated incredible professionalism and had impressive product knowledge, which made the whole process seamless. What really stood out was her ability to quickly fix my sunglasses with care and expertise. She was very dedicated in her task and I appreciate her assistance.

I walked in hesitant, and walked out smiling — and that's entirely thanks to Bernadette. I have a low nose bridge, which has made finding comfortable glasses nearly impossible my whole life. Every pair I've ever owned would slide, sit awkwardly, or just never feel right enough to wear consistently. So I wasn't exactly optimistic walking into a Walmart Vision Center. But Bernadette completely changed that. She took the time to walk me through styles that would actually work for my face shape, and even made adjustments on the try-ons so I could get a real feel for what a proper fit should feel like. That small gesture told me everything — I could feel the difference immediately, and I knew I could trust her. When I came back to pick up my glasses, she did a final fine-tune adjustment, and I couldn't stop smiling. These glasses do not slide down my face. They don't shift when I look down or shake my head. They just sit perfectly — snug and comfortable all day long. For someone who has never been able to wear glasses consistently, that is genuinely life-changing. Bernadette walked me through every step of the process, and her extensive knowledge backed by 20+ years of experience gave me total confidence. The rest of the staff are equally friendly and knowledgeable — everyone there clearly cares about getting your vision needs right. I now have a pair of glasses that actually fit, and I owe it all to Bernadette. I'll be coming back for all of my vision care needs and recommending this location to everyone I know. Well, when you try the others, you return to be best! Using our insurance benefits is very easy and better at this Walmart Vision Center in Haslet. The staff is not only professional and works to provide the best satisfaction in the ever-important eye wear; they also assist on the warranty and clearly explain the benefits and limits according to your insurance. Their experience makes a big difference; I highly recommend Zaira. Zaira and other staff are excellent eye-wear service providers and their combined experience will guide you to that eye-wear satisfaction before you leave. Crystal, Debbie, and the other staff consult with each other as needed to make sure that the parameters on the lenses are in-line with the prescription. I have a special needs son and I appreciate the time, recommendation, and accuracy for the perfect fit on frames and lenses for his specific needs.
