Thank you to everyone at Joy Eye Clinic! You squeezed me in and saw me the same day as I called, treated my condition immediately, offered options for follow up, and very courteous and concerned. I would definitely recommend to anyone if you seek a small family doctor who cares versus a mega chain outfit.
This place is amazing. You'll meet Amy first. Shes really good at her job and will get you all setup to see Lucy. Lucy is exceptional trained in taking images of your eyes and is very knowledgeable about all the highly technical instruments of her trade. Then you'll meet Dr. Ortega. At this point your in great hands. Dr. Ortega is very good Doctor of Optometry. She will evaluate all the images, physically examen your eyes and advise you on your journey to better sight health. I was very impressed.
Friendly staff and the doctor was very informative. I haven’t needed help with my vision until now, and I had several options I was looking at. She talked through the pros and cons with me very patiently and ultimately helped me to make a decision that made me feel comfortable. Glad that I live close enough for this to be my eye doctor.
I went today for the first time due to an eye injury. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ortega was very knowledgeable, took her time in explaining everything to me and was very intentional when listening to my concerns. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning!
My first time to visit and my experience was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They took their time to ensure that any problems or concerns I had were addressed. I have been eye doctor hopping looking for the right one and this has met all of expectations. I will be continue using Joy Family Eye Care. Easy to get to also. Office is clean bright and cheery. Nice selection of eye wear!
