Eagle Ranch Vision was the best decision I made. Dr.Broadway provided me with insight on my eyes, he listened and found a solution to what would help me. He was able to explain what his thinking process was. I picked up my glasses yesterday and I have never had a prescription that was so amazing to my eyes. These have been an improvement from my last prescription. The rest of that staff was also so kind and helpful I definitely recommend ! 10/10

It was easy to book an appointment at Eagle Ranch Vision, and the whole experience was fantastic. Dr. Spangenberg and the team communicated clearly, they were affordable, and I’m really happy with my new glasses. I highly recommend them!
I am extremely disappointed with how this clinic handled my situation. I have both VA healthcare coverage and private insurance. All the clinic needed to do was examine me, determine whether my condition was medically necessary, and submit the appropriate documentation to the VA for authorization—or simply bill my private insurance. Instead, they refused to see me, even though my eyesight was at risk. I felt dismissed, denied reasonable options, and deeply concerned that racial bias may have influenced how I was treated. Thankfully, I went to another vision doctor who examined me, determined that my condition was medical, and immediately provided the treatment I needed. My medical copay was only $40, and I am now in the process of recovering and improving. That is the difference between a doctor who genuinely cares about a patient’s well-being and one who does not. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic, especially to Black patients who deserve to be treated with dignity, urgency, compassion, and equal care.
Dr Joe Broadway was amazing and took care of my need superbly. The glasses came out perfect and the cost for glasses and sunglasses was great. Everyone in the office was attentive and friendly. Very happy with the results
Doctors are 5 star; however, I would rate the opticians 1 star. I don’t understand how the difference in care could be so drastically different in the same office. Going forward, exams only. I’ll get my glasses somewhere else. 5-6 visits for adjustments and nickle and dime every service. So disappointing
