Dr. Nguyen and her staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and always treat each patient like one of the family. I always trust Dr. Nguyen to take exceptional care of me and ensure that I am receiving the best eye care available for the prolonged health of my eyes. They even let me change my glasses when I mistakenly chose the wrong frame. I highly recommend Eyes Optical and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr. Nguyen is the best optometrist out there. She will make sure you are fully taken care of, does great at reassuring you of anything you may be concerned of, and also has great staff to check you in and assist with finding glasses to fit your face, as well as budget if that matters to you. Yen helped me find great fitting glasses that were fully covered by my insurance and gave me recommendations on lens to help my eyes long term. After finding this place, I would never want to go back to any of my previous optometrists so as long as Dr. Nguyen is there. She is also very time efficient without rushing the eye exam process at all, which has typically been the case for me with other doctors that want to get you in and out. Most importantly, my prescription has never been better and more accurate which means a lot to me. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff!
Dr. Nguyen, Yen, Tania, Tori are amazing. They are extremely accommodating and have the best service. I received my Meta glasses the same day! Pete is also cool.
I have been coming here for years and recommend to all my friends. Dr. Nguyen is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Appointments are quick (I always come during my lunch break) and if you need additional checks, they can get it done if there is time. They have a great selection of eyewear and contact options too. The location is convenient since it's in Alliance Town Center so it's easy to get your annual exam and run errands around the area.
I’ve been going to Dr. Nguyen since I was a teenager. She is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and great at what she does. My vision has changed significantly over the last 10 years and she’s guided me through everything, listening to my concerns and knowing exactly what’s best for me. Even after I moved to Dallas, I continued going to her because of how great she is. Very reasonable exam price as well - no overcharges for unnecessary high tech machine tests. She’s wonderful.
