Love this place! My 2nd time here and everyone is so friendly. I was seen by Dr.Nguyen and he made the experience fun, friendly and easy. Definitely recommending and coming back for my yearly exams.

I came in needing new glasses because my previous frames broke on me. The Doctor was nice and the exam was smooth. Afterwards I picked out a pair of frames for some new glasses and put in the order. They told me 7-10 days wait time for the lenses to come in. I waited 7 days, called for an update, said they weren’t in yet. No worries. I called on day 10. Not here yet. Starting to get worried. I called on day 12. Not here yet. No explanation on why or how much longer it might be. Just not here yet. I called again on day 13. Still not here yet and still no explanation. I asked “do you know why they haven’t come in yet? Can’t you track the shipment? It’s been 13 days and I was told 7-10 so what’s the hold up?”. Finally I got some answers. The lady on the phone said “they haven’t been delivered yet. It’s 7-10 business days so our estimated delivery date is June 8th.” My appointment was on May 22nd. Are you serious!? No one told me business days before. It took me calling 4 times and making a fuss on the last one for someone to finally say it’s business days not normal days and to also tell me they had an estimated delivery date this entire time that wasn’t shared with me. I know it’s probably just miscommunication but it feels like I was lied to. I need new glasses, they’re required for me to drive and work. If I had known it was gonna take up to 2 and half or 3 weeks to get 1 pair of glasses, I would have ordered online instead. And why tell customers business days? Why not just say “up to 2-3 weeks” that way there’s no confusion. It feels like a gotcha, especially since I had shown everyone i interacted with my broken glasses when I went in for my appointment. Now I’m forced to wait the remainder of the time because I’ve already paid and it would take longer to order from somewhere else.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen at Dreamworks Eyecare. He was extremely thorough during my exam and took the time to clearly explain everything about my vision and what he was seeing. I really appreciated how he didn’t rush through the appointment and made sure all my questions were answered. That extra time and attention is something you don’t see with most doctors, and it made the entire experience excellent. Highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and the team at Dreamworks Eyecare!

Just had an appointment at Dreamwork Vision and it was honestly a really good experience. The staff was super friendly and made everything feel easy from the moment I walked in. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they actually took the time to explain things clearly. The eye exam itself was quick but thorough, and the doctor was really patient and answered all my questions without making it feel awkward. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. Overall, it was smooth, professional, and way better than I expected for an eye appointment. Definitely coming back and would recommend if you’re looking for a new eye doctor.

The visit was excellent, with staff members being welcoming and courteous. They provided a thorough explanation of insurance coverage. The clinic was not busy, allowing for prompt service. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of Oakley glasses. Jlopez
