They withhold your prescription from you so you cannot order glasses at other places. I needed safety prescription glasses and they would not share the prescription with me. After visiting in person, they told me I was due for another exam. I told them no because they were begging no difficult. Stay away from this office. You can get friendlier service anywhere else.
My sister referred them because she was talking about how nice the older lady in there was and that they were so professional I called just to see what the prices were and if I could get an appointment and the younger lady that answered, the phone was rude very very rude. I will never step foot in that place and I also let my sister know. Wow
The most awesome staff! They always invest in their patients. The front staff always remembers personal details about my life and family and what I've been up to even when it has been ages since I've been in. It's nice because they treat us all like family!
Staying here in Deer park temporarily and I managed to bend my only pair of 24/7 glasses to unwearable. Looked up somewhere to get them fixed and this was the only one open near here, but they were 5 minutes to closed. Got there last minute and the sweetest lady in the world got back out all the things to fix my glasses and saved me big time. I offered to compensate her for her time as it was past closing at this point, but she said not to worry. Thank you so so much! Very appreciated and kind service
As the other people have stated, the receptionist is beyond rude. And they are unable to keep accurate records so you are guaranteed to have problems with billing and insurance. She should have been fired a long time ago. Her attitude toward customers is despicable. Choose this place at your own peril.
