My son had the best experience. Isabella was amazing and helped him find great glasses at an amazing price. She went above and beyond to help. We’ll never go anywhere else as long as Isabella is there ❤️
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I CLEARLY STATED!!!! I DO NOT WANT A BILL WHEN I WALK OUT OF HERE!!! I WANT TO BE PAID UP!!! So I know EVERYTHING!!! Is taken care of because I’m in the middle of LOSING MY HOME!!! Right now!!!! THE BILLING DEPT. or Abby whoever that is said “I WAS ALL TAKEN CARE OF”…….when I walked out of there….got a phone call a few hours later saying “sorry you still owe $60 because of “how we billed it to your insurance….” NICE!!!! Might not sound like a lot to some one-but when you’re on the verge of homelessness?! ITS A LOT!!!! THEY COULD CARE LESS!!! Billing has NO IDEA-what they’re doing & they could care less how it affects their patients!!!!! VERY SAD!!! 😢 the best answer I got from 3 different people was “I don’t know why it was done that way…”
Ordered 2 sets of glasses in December. They called in January that they were in. Went to pick them up, they only had 1 pair. They said the other frames were on backorder. Emailed several weeks later, no answer, so I called and was told they were in. Went to get them and was told they were NOT in and said they would be there in a week. Waited 2 weeks and stopped in. Just wanted to pick them up, no fitting. Was told they were there. Waited 10 minutes and asked what the problem was. Receptionist called the back and asked where they were and was told "they came in 'wonky'", their words, not mine. I said I did not pay for wonky and give me a call when they got their shit together
Dr. Short is the best optometrist ever. I have been a patient for over four years. Everyone is great in the office.
The staff are rude and unhelpful. I went for contact training and they only gave a hour to put them in and take them out despite multiple people there saying it can take hours the first time you do it. the lady who was supposed to train me was no help at all all she did was show me a YouTube video and they wouldn't even give me time to take them out myself. then the doctor stuck her hand in my eye to get them out (it took her a lot of tries too so it was pretty uncomfortable) then they just sent me home saying I can reschedule a different day but why am I paying about 150$ for a YOUTUBE VIDEO
