I saw Dr O’Donnell at the beginning of August. I am very disappointed with the service I received (not to mention the $334 establishment fee on top of the test charges). I was referred there by my eye doctor because I have a blurry spot in my left eye. At the appointment it took one hour before I saw Dr O’Donnell. I was given eye tests & they dilated my eyes which took maybe 20 min of that hour. When I did see the doctor it was only for two minutes when he looked in my eyes for 30 seconds & awkwardly decided it was a calcium deposit. He said to be sure he would send me to get a ct scan. I did the scan & a week later he decided he wanted a 2nd opinion but no results were given to me about the scan. I have been referred to 3 doctors; the 1st one didn’t work there anymore, the 2nd didn’t have any appointments until Feb 2027 & the 3rd only specialized in eyelids. I am currently working on finding my own Neuro-Ophthalmologist since their referrals have not been useful. It is now mid September with no answers still. I also found out he only works on Thursdays so communication is not timely if you get any at all. Don’t waste your time here & find somewhere else.
