Had a great experience at Delaware Eye Care Center. Everyone was very friendly and was able to meet the new doctor who was very pleasant. I was taken back in a timely manner and out before I knew it. Thank You and I appreciate All of You!
A very good experience today for annual checkup. All staff members were friendly and professional. I was in and out in a timely fashion. My first visit with Dr Levy. He was thorough, explained every step, answered my questions and concerns. I hope I’ll be able to see him in the future. I was a patient and old schoolmate of Dr Berman’s so I miss him, but he has left his patients in good hands.
This office is awesome. From the front office, to the her assistant, to Dr kim, this group works as a team to accommodate my health needs. Dr Kim was very thorough in her examination. She listened to my concerns, provided solutions, and provided me with a plan to move forward. This is a great example as to how medical offices should work. I felt totally confident in Dr Kim and her staff.
I had an emergency with my contacts and was able to get squeezed in last minute. The staff are all very friendly. Dr. Levy Is awesome and was able to take care of my issue and alleviate worry quickly. Highly recommend
As soon as I walked in everyone was polite and, helpful. I was talked through my exam, I had everything explained to me so I could understand what was happening. Wait time was very short.. After my exam I was fitted with new glasses the the guy was polite , I told him I needed to stay as close to what my insurance would cover and he did not try pushing the more expensive frames, or extra lens coating.
