Delaware Eye Care Center

First off I’m selective and know the difference as a Senior. Great teamwork between the staff and a personal down to earth professional Eye Dr. Brian Gardner. How refreshing after going to an eye doctor group for 20 years that constantly kept you over 2 1/2 hours per visit because the office was so over crowded and overfilled for the money. Easy accessibility, pulling in to the separate office building with no parking issues at all. From start to finish. I would Highly recommend A-1 !

Awesome staff and great customer service. I was welcomed by the two ladies behind the desk. Karen directed me in getting registered and also assisted me with scheduling my follow up visit prior to ending my appointment. Vanessa was the nurse that prepared me for my exam (completed all my test). Vanessa was very professional and informed me each step of the process which was very comforting for me because it was my first visit. I must say that the office was very clean and comfortable. I visited the restroom before exiting and the restroom was very clean. Dr. Gardner was very professional and made sure that I understood everything as he completed my exam. Dr. Gardner was easy to talk to about my visit which was relaxing to me. Dr. B. Gardner has a very well managed office. Two thumbs up for the selection of employees. Please recognize them for their efforts. The staff (Esmerelda) in the eye glasses store was very pleasant and professional in their efforts to help me choose my glasses. I am a retired executive administrative services manager and I recognize the great work this team has done. Dr. Gardner and Delaware Eye Care Center job well done 👍🏾

They were really behind schedule, staff was very friendly and kept apologizing for the delay. Courtesy calls allowing clients an option to reschedule or provide a later appt time would of been much appreciated. Places want to charge 35$ for a missed appointment but I had to wait an hour past my appt time to be seen.

They were wonderful, and really took there time and answered all my questions. The Dr. was awesome and really intensive and very caring when helping me with my eye issues. I would definitely give this office and staff a 10 star recommendation…

I highly recommend Delaware Eye Care Center. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Dr. Gardner is the best!! He is thorough, listens to your concerns, very personable and will go the extra step if he is even slightly concerned about something. Have been a patient of his for over 20 yrs and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.
