Dr. Miller was absolutely wonderful! He took his time with me and truly listened as I explained my symptoms and concerns. He then thoroughly explained what was going on, walked me through my options, performed the necessary testing, took pictures, and made sure I clearly understood the next steps. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough he was. He truly exceeded my expectations! The entire staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had a fantastic experience at Kramer Eye and would highly recommend Dr. Miller and the team!

Despite my initial impression that the office felt a bit like an assembly line—moving from one stage to another—I have to say that most of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. My only disappointment was that no one explained the overall process in advance. At such a highly reputable practice, I expected someone to take just a couple of extra minutes to walk me through what to expect, which would have made the experience feel much more personal and less overwhelming. That said, everything changed once I met the doctor. His attentiveness, willingness to listen to my concerns, and the time he took to answer all of my questions reassured me that I was in the right place. His care and professionalism made the wait and my initial hesitations completely worthwhile. My treatment is scheduled for a few months from now, and I’m genuinely excited and looking forward to this new chapter of my life.
Doctor Aronsky was great. However, the surgical coordinator in King of Prussia was terrible. Very pushy to get cataract surgery scheduled, then ghosted me. Called me a few days later to let me know that she scheduled me with the WRONG surgeon, so we had to change everything around. I was not home and so I could not write things down - she said she would email all details to me and NEVER did! I left FOUR voicemails - four days in a row - and emailed and I was completely GHOSTED. Sadly, the doctor will never know how poorly this person managed things. I cancelled the surgeries as I want to be cared for by an office that can be depended upon - Kremer is NOT THAT! Funny thing - I had to call the front office to cancel, because of course the coordinator would not answer my calls, or reply to my voicemails, and they said I would hear from her to confirm the cancellation but guess what? NEVER heard from her at all. I finally called the surgery center myself to make sure the cancellation went through. Also, she scheduled my 24 hour follow up appointment with my optometrist - who told me that she has told Kremer more than once that she does not do 24 hour follow up appts and I should see the surgeon the day after surgery. Stay away from Kremer unless you want to be ignored.
My whole experience at Kremer (KOP) was amazing from the very first appointment through my post-op care. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Erika Strickland was absolutely wonderful. She was amazing helping me schedule my surgery and also went above and beyond to help me arrange a post-op appointment with a doctor closer to where I live, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. She was always so kind whenever I reached out with questions before the surgery and always answered everything promptly, which really helped calm my nerves and made me feel cared for throughout the entire process. My surgeon and the entire surgical team were amazing at helping me stay calm and comfortable during the procedure. The surgery itself took less than 20 minutes, and the entire team made me feel reassured the whole time. Just 6 hours after surgery, I could already notice a huge difference in my vision. I am now 3 weeks post-op, and my healing has been great. I have had no issues with light sensitivity, dryness, or any other complications. I am so happy and grateful for all the care and support I received at Kremer. LASIK was truly one of the best things I could have done for myself, and it has given me such a better quality of life. I highly recommend them to anyone considering the procedure.
This group does a fantastic job from initial intake and assessment, all the way thru all the post-procedure visits. They are always super professional and efficient. My vision is perfect now after cataract removals, and placement of av lens in each eye. (I chose multifocal lens.) Genty was also super helpful at the reception desk. RH
