The worst eye doctor I’ve ever had. Didn’t understand the concept of double vision, and my bad vision went unassisted for countless years. Worst of all, after his lack of care, I can’t even qualify for vision surgery since my prescription is too high. Other doctors tried to help, but it was too late to stabilize.
I just visited Dr Cheng for the first time. His evaluation was very thorough. He ensured he understood my vision history and provided thorough explanations specific to my vision condition. He was a consummate professional and it’s evident he is passionate about his profession. I highly recommend him.
The elderly lady at the front desk patted her chest and guaranteed a refund to the payment account, but in the end, it was a gift card. They even said they never said anything about a refund to the payment account! Don't fall for this kind of dishonest clinic!
