Complaint Regarding Auto Service at Walmart Auto Care Center – Opelousas I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Opelousas. On the evening of my visit, I arrived around 6:30 PM to have a damaged tire replaced. I already had a spare (dummy) tire installed and simply needed my regular tire repaired or replaced. I asked if the tire could be patched since it was relatively new, but I was informed that the service center had run out of tire patches. Fortunately, I had a tire warranty, which allowed me to receive a replacement tire; however, I still had to pay $35.00. My primary concern is the lack of professionalism and attention to detail displayed during the service. As the service center was preparing to close, the employee working on my vehicle parked my car and immediately began assisting another customer. Instead of personally returning my keys and discussing the completed service, he handed my keys to another customer and instructed them to give them to me. I found this highly unprofessional and unacceptable. After arriving home, I inspected the newly installed tire and discovered that one of the lug nuts was missing. This was extremely concerning, as driving with a missing lug nut poses a serious safety risk. I was forced to return to Walmart and speak with another service associate to have the issue corrected. Thankfully, the missing lug nut was still available and was reinstalled. When I explained my concerns and requested to speak with a manager, the employee assisting me stated that there had been previous complaints regarding the same employee and that management would be reviewing the security footage. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, professionalism, and quality control demonstrated during this service. A basic safety inspection should have been performed before releasing my vehicle. Driving away with a missing lug nut could have resulted in a serious accident, injury, or damage to my vehicle. I hope Walmart takes this matter seriously and addresses these issues to ensure that other customers do not experience similar situations in the future. Walmart Auto Care Center – Opelousas, please do better.

Thank you Walmart for having a fully stocked store with good options to choose from unlike many stores I've been to in the past . I appreciated the kindness from the staff members that waved or smiled back to me and brightened my morning. I really needed it. The cleanliness of this walmart was great , I did not see any loading carts or items left on the ground. I enjoyed my experience even after a stressful day at work.

I needed to buy liquor today. It is in a locked cabinet. You will wait 10 to 15 to 20 minutes before an associate will come and help you. Get your shopping done first because then they’re gonna bring it to the busiest self checkout area you can imagine. Go buy your alcohol somewhere else
