The doctor was very professional and at the same time friendly! I feel she did a great job with finding my new prescription for my glasses, and was complete in giving reference to my medications and conditions. Did not try to sell me on new glasses, waiting a year for my next appointment! Very nice!
Friendly atmosphere from The minute you walk in until you leave. I felt very comfortable and my needs were met. Dr. Shenkle took her time performing my vision exam and looking into my eyes. She explained everything to me to me and i found things out that other eye doctors never did. The care I got while afterwards was exceptional. I didnt pick out frames, but going back to they adjusted the glasses I had,, explained my eye insurance and how I was going to benefit from it, especially on the frames I like. They came highly recommended from a family ember to me and I’m thankful for it. I would recommend them anyone looking.
Everybody was very polite and I loved Dr. Sheland. She didn't rush me and explained everything to me. I was also late getting there due to traffic but they still took me and I really appreciated that because I was 15 minutes late.
My husband is disabled & confined to a wheelchair. I brought him in for an eye exam today. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate us around the office. They made Stephen as comfortable as possible. Much appreciated.
I have been going to Derby Eye for years. There have been numerous changes with employees over the years. This new company is ok. Billing is an issue. The new doctor is very nice and thorough.
