So this was our first time visiting Dr sharma's office for glasses for my son. We walked in and there was in fact a lot of people but it didn't matter because it was super quick. I thought we would be waiting forever and we did not. The longest process was picking out glasses for him and that was on us and not the lady helping us. She was awesome and allowed us to look through many many many many many many many many pairs of glasses before deciding. They also let us make payment arrangements for progressive lenses so that makes me very happy because my son loves his glasses to turn dark. All in all I give Dr. sharma a five-star all the way around from the friendly staff, to not having to wait forever. Wish I had a picture of the glasses we chose. They had a great selection for our insurance. And I mean a great selection.

Very friendly and nice staff. The eye doctor Dr Shug has amazing patient's with the kid's and adults always smiled

Dr Nisha Sharma has been my primary since 2009. I appreciate that she listens to my concerns and doesn't pooh pooh home remedies. I feel that she really cares. I also prefer her office in Irving over the one at Lakeshore. These last 2 years especially- the front desk receptionists are wonderful.

I love Dr. Sharma herself, but since the Hamburg office has opened, the quality of care has gone downhill. There have been times when Dr. Sharma has been backed up and I have had to see the PA at the Hamburg office and I was very disappointed with my experience. The receptionists are dismissive and the PA is always trying to push new medications on me that the pharmaceutical representatives have given her. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Sharma at the Irving office and thus far have been unable to do so. I have called numerous times, written a letter & still can't get anyone to call me back! I do not know what is going on, but I am seriously considering switching to another PCP.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Very unprofessional by the doctor and the staff. Doctor only sees me for 10 minutes before dashing out the door. And when I do need them to fill out paperwork or send paperwork to a specialist or my disability company, they don't do it. I have called many times and it is the same excuse. Im done. Looking for a new doctor
