Glad to have Dr Parot back as an option with my Blues Plan. Great Arrowhead location, friendly and attentive staff, timely appt and easy in/out for the appt. Dr Parot is informative, good two way discussion, and feeling like I was a valued patient. Hope to keep this office on my list for a long time.

I am a new patient at Desert Oasis and my experience has been nothing but excellent! The admin staff are friendly, kind, caring, and hospitable. The doctor I saw is brilliant, easy to talk to, helped me feel at ease, and explained everything in ways I could understand. With his help, I took a step forward and now use Bifocal contact lenses. I was worried about them not working for me or me having a hard time adjusting to them but I experienced NONE of that! Even the office manger helped fix and clean my current pair of glasses until I can order a new pair! Thank you Desert Oasis! I’m so happy I found you!

I’ve been going to Desert Oasis Eye Care for several years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. Parot is fabulous! He’s very thorough and doesn’t push unnecessary stuff on his customers. My prescription hasn’t changed in 4-5 years and there’s been no pressure to get new glasses. I recently had a medical issue with my right eye and he got me in the day after I contacted his office. The majority of the time I’ve been a customer, he didn’t accept my insurance but I went to him anyway because he’s that good. His staff is wonderful to work with, always super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Desert Oasis.

I really love the whole office. Dr. Parot (Puh-ROH) has always been spot-on with my prescriptions and plus, he’s extremely personable. Talking to him, you’d think you were talking to Vince Scully. The two medical assistants are also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. But a particular shout-out to the opticians. I normally see Mike, and he knows everything. He had a whole career doing the same work in the Air Force before joining the staff here and is a graduate of their training program, which is renowned. You may pay a little more, but I highly recommend that you get your glasses from them rather than a big-box store. The expertise is worth it. Plus, they have a liberal returns and fix-it policy that far exceeds anything you’d get from a store.
