Brought my son here for the first time, the staff was extremely professional, kind and patient with my son. We went in at 10 and had an exam, x-rays, a cleaning and a couple cavities filled and we were done by 11:15. (Very time efficient, while still being very patient with my kiddo). He even got a goodie bag with toys! The whole facility was very clean and well cared for. Very kid friendly- I highly recommend Dental Fun Zone!!

Amazing service. I have been taking my son since baby with level 2 autism. My son is 17 years old, and he loves going to his dentist appts. The staff is amazing, very patient, and kind with the children who have special needs. Recommend 100 %. Thank you, Children's Dental Funzone

We had a really good experience at Children’s Dental FunZone in West Covina. Our daughter injured her teeth, and as parents we were very worried, but Dr. Lee was extremely patient, kind, and gentle with her. She took her time and made our daughter feel safe during a stressful situation. The staff member who took the X-rays was also amazing with our daughter — very calm, patient, and good with children. Diana Morales at the front office made the whole visit smooth. She was very informative, kind, and helped us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. We’re very grateful for the care and patience everyone showed. I definitely recommend this office for families with young children.

Wait times are super long. I had an 8am appointment scheduled and I wasn't seen until 9:15am for less than 5 minutes. I was then told that the dentist was in treatment and that is why we weren't being seen. I actually walked in with the dentist at 8am, so I found it weird that we had an 8am appointment and the dentist is also arriving at 8am. This is clearly a systems/timing issue. Time needs to be respected. I went in at 8am expecting to be seen at a reasonable time. Either they need another dentist or they need to schedule according to the dentist schedule because the current system simply isn't working.

The overall dental care was good. We have been coming to this office for a couple years now however, our visit yesterday was not the best experience as we were there for an hour & a half just for a routine exam & cleaning. My Son’s appointment was 11AM & we didn’t leave until 12:25PM…
