Great experience! The optometrist was patient, helpful, and very informative. I appreciated that they took the time to explain my options. They helped find what worked best for me and my kids.

It was my first time there for my son . The staff was amazing and the doctor was great with my autistic son . I didn’t know which type of glasses best suited my child and when I asked for help they didn’t think twice to help . Overall the experience was amazing compared to other optometrists I’ve been to.

I recently took my mother to Funzone clinic for an eye exam, and we had such a wonderful experience. The clinic was welcoming - Dr. C was especially lovely, she took the time to explain everything to us clearly and made my mother feel completely comfortable, and showed genuine care throughout the appointment. We left feeling reassured and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive and compassionate eye care! Will definitely go back to Dr. C - Thank you!

I wanted to share my recent experience, as I am quite concerned and disappointed with the service I received. I had previously visited your old location and had a very positive experience. The staff member who assisted me at that time was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. Since moving to the new location, I have not seen her again. During my recent visit, I was examined for glasses. My previous prescription was -1.5, but after the exam, I was told it had changed to -2.5. I expressed that I preferred to stay at -1.5, as that has worked well for me. However, I was strongly encouraged to try -2.5, with the option to exchange if I did not like it. After trying the -2.5 lenses, they felt too strong and uncomfortable, as if my eyes were being forced to adjust to a prescription that does not suit me. Additionally, I was not informed that the exchange process would take a long time, which has been frustrating. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my glasses. When I called to follow up, one of the front desk staff members was quite rude and argumentative, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service, communication, or the handling of my concerns. I would appreciate an update on my glasses and a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I got more information of my vision in one visit than Ive had in the 10 years of wearing glasses. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, but the Dr. here is really top not notch cares and very knowledgeable in any questions you throw at her. And for those looking for Oakleys they got them here now!!!
