The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Conover was amazing. She took the time to explain every test and every result of my scans and my prescription. I was amazed at how fast my glasses came in. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Pearl Vision in Saugus on Broadway.

I’ve trusted Pearle vision with my glasses for more than 10 years and the team has always been helpful and accommodating. Over the past few years, Danielle has been assisting me and she consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. She answers every question thoroughly and genuinely cares about her customers.

The technician (Danielle), doctor (Victoria Tran), front desk (Doris), Apprentice Optician (Danielle Rodrigues) were all very pleasant, helpful, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in assisting us with the exam, glasses/contact lenses Rxs, contact lenses ordering, and insurance processes. Danielle R was instrumental in explaining the insurance to us & answered our questions/concerns regarding the different types of contacts, as well as, notifying us when the contacts were in, and had the order ready for pick up. Dr Tran patiently and attentively answered any concerns, and interpreted the eye exam results and Rx changes in terms we could understand. We really appreciate their genuine concern for customer/patient satisfaction, as the service is very important and can be overwhelming. Thank you for such great staff at this Saugus, MA location!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. My girlfriend’s contact lens prescription was done incorrectly the first time, which required her to return the contacts and redo the exam. That alone was frustrating and time-consuming. After repeating the exam, they provided trial contacts again. The first time, we didn’t realize the trial lenses were off, but this time everything appeared to be correct. However, when we called to place the new order, we were told we had to pay again — even though we had already returned the incorrect contacts. They claimed they never received the returned contacts and refused to take any accountability. As a result, we were out several hundred dollars. This feels completely unfair and unprofessional. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been a frequent customer and have recommended this office to friends. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.
