Would give zero stars. Wife wound up in ER the night before with possible gall bladder issues. Discharged and told to follow up with primary (ER staff was fantastic) . Called next morning (on a Friday) and Dr was on leave asked to see another dr but couldn't get an appointment until the following Monday. Meanwhile wife is still in pain. I guess no one has any concern or urgency until it becomes septic. I work in the medical field and the lack of concern for her is shocking. I guess she should have had issues on a Monday instead then maybe she could be seen!

HORRIBLE experience! 😫 The people at the front desk were rude, harsh, "short" and terse in their words and speech, and mean. I had to wait forever to see the Doctor Ashleigh Butts-Wilkerson. I was early for my appointment. People that "sell" medical drugs to doctors were calling for her at the door. I saw them come in with their bags and ask for her by name....and it was my appointment time. I waited for about an hour. When I was FINALLY called back and placed in a room. Dr. Butts was very distracted. While her attention was supposed to be focused on me she stopped to check several rings, finds and buzzes on her cell phone. This Is an actual doctor....not a nurse Practitioner. She talked over me and interrupted me several times during the time when I was to tell her what was wrong. She rushed and "hurried me out the door". There was a total lack of concern for my health and she was even a bit cold. Dr. Wilkerson left me in the room and before she could even get out the door she received yet ANOTHER ding. She did not see me put and before she could get to the next door she was accosted by yet ANOTHER drug sales person. Her nurse was rude and ugly to me as well when I called back to obtain further information about my prescription. Horrible experience. Will NEVER be back.
I came in as a walk-in for a drug test for a new job. The service was quick & professional. I had to pay for the test & cost was cheap.
My daughter had a major surgery and needed a follow up with her regular primary care. She had an appointment at 8:30 take in to consideration it takes her longer to get out of the car and was a little late. The receptionist was rude, called her lair and refused to allow her to even sign in because she was late.
The Doctor here is great, but the appointment scheduler here is very unprofessional!
