Rude front desk lady cant watch her tone i canceled my appointment there Consequences of bad service Consequences to everything If i cant trust you to sign me in how can i trust the people in the back when im under anesthesia? Just a thought happened Wednesday april 1st 915-930 am Wasnt greeted by the security gaurd or the front desk lady. That was the start and the desk lady had a bad attitude every step of the way not an second of pleasantness at all. Rude when asking for my ID rude when i needed to email my proof of income. Rude rude rude . Not a good idea. Wont be back The front desk lady was nice to the caucasian old couple that came in but rude to me and another black customer. Sad. I just want to get my tooth pulled. How things are ran at the front desk is horrible. Im talking about the front desk lady that is closest to the security gaurd and the entrance door. But when i sat near the other front desk they werent very nice either. Lady gave me a mean look and then was on her phone. No hello how are you. Nothing just bad vibes. And bad attitudes here.

Absolutely horrible service… When i walked in i wasn’t greeted just told I couldn’t sign in right then, that I had to wait just for them to turn around in say u can sign in now but when two other people walked in. My appointment was at 1:30 and yet it is 2:38pm im still sitting in the lobby. It’s been multiple people come in after me in they didn’t waste no time getting them to the back.

I was a bit skeptical based on some of the reviews I read. However as a new patient I must say my first experience was outstanding. Ladies at the front desk were pleasant and Tenyia Creighton the Nurse Practitioner is awesome. She was attentive and took her time to address my health concerns. Definitely a great experience.

The ladies at the front desk were SO very rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to check me in. There was zero professionalism. Working at a doctor’s office where people just want to get healthcare is not the profession they should be in. The doctor brings a lot of people stress as it is so it doesn’t help to be treated so poorly. They didn’t greet me and had me wait for an hour plus in the waiting room just to go over lab results and acted like it was a huge deal for me not knowing what my results meant on my chart. They were very short and wouldn’t even make eye contact or look in my direction. I will say Dr Cunningham was very sweet and professional though I will be using a different doctor from now on.

They don't return phone calls. It's very difficult to reach a human and they never respond. Heads would roll if I supervised these people. The staff could care less about the patients. The doctors are great.
