Walmart Vision Center

Disappointed. Not good at all. Nothing like Vision Partners. The staff could not locate a second pair of glasses in the system for me to purchase when I picked up glasses. I then placed a call to the manager and she could not find the order. I told they will look for the person who assisted me. This is so wack. I will be looking for another Optician near me. They don’t seem to really care!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Me and my 9 yr old walked in 30 minutes before closing with an already completed prescription. Simply to pick out glasses and pay. VICTORIA came from the back room and immediately told me she will not be assisting me because she is about to close. She didn’t even ask what she could help with . I said you didn’t even ask what I needed her response was I’m sorry what do you want because I’m not taking anyone else. The worst service I have ever received !!!! Would not recommend!!!!!!

I been working with Toni almost 3 decades. If you true too him, he will be true to you . He’s fair, understanding to me . Thanks you very much

I got new insurance this year While waiting for ID card to arrive, I stopped in this location and did they the insurance, yes After getting ID card I was at Walmart, went in to show proof , go over my benefits Handed the female, my card . She says this is for dental. I call my insurance agent and ask him, it all cover on same ID, she needs to call insurance and get information Point it have information in the system She said they did not call this insurance company, I said I’ve y’all have called in the past I explained insurance again say need to called, she was not going to , nor go online She said again I was to call and get information and bring it back Insurance company says yes she was supposed to call, or look it up Today 10-06-25 I went to bring in my information She was there , told how unhappy I was. How I had to do her job and insurance company said was supposed to call I showed her the in and ID, she wasn’t going check or look up anything Now saying I to technician when I come in for appointment I even brought how she said they look another insurance company, she I did not say that I called her a liar I told your losing a customer and been dealing with this eye doctor for years She threatened to call security Why is it others in the pass has gone over my insurance policy, ask did have same insurance. There’s been time company I work change insurance company Like I said I handed her my insurance and showed her my ID., refused to look this up I brought up did Walmart vision center charge policy, no reply Matter affect she said it’s not Walmart policy look up insurance, are call She not say Walmart vision center Ask to speak to manager, she was the manager I wanted store manager, her reply they have nothing to to with them

Victoria was wonderful. My glasses kept slipping while at work. I explained my issue, she immediately solved it with nose grips and an adjustment. 10/10 customer service.
