The staff is excellent. Kayla was super helpful. I needed assistance with the temple ends on a vintage pair of Rayban glasses. She replaced them perfectly. She also adjusted them to fit my face better than they were prior. I will return to Dietz-McLean for all of my optical requirements. Thanks Kayla for the top notch service.
The staff at Dietz McLean are friendly, knowledgeable and pros at helping me find the perfect frame! I have bought many pairs of glasses from them over the past 15 years and I have always been so happy with my new glasses! I highly recommend using them!
The absolute best in San Antonio! My wife and I have been customers for many, many years. Their customer service is always outstanding and NO has a better warranty than Dietz !!!!! Great selections for men an women of all ages as well. They are the BEST!!!! Jerry & Lida Smith
I have been a client for many years and have always had great service. I just picked up 5 pair of eye glasses and they fit them well and got the prescription perfectly.
Outstanding optical shop --- been trading with DM since 1978 when they opened a shop in Corpus Christi. The Lincoln Heights Store continues that excellence with very knowledgeable employees and superior service!
