Had an appointment at 1:30 today, arrived at 1:15. It’s now 2:28 and I haven’t been seen and clients who came after me and the lady who checked them asked for their name and time of the appointment and were called before me. When the gentleman called my name to get my eyes measured I asked if they are calling as they’re coming in or is it by appointment because two ladies have been called before me. It’s unprofessional for them not to even acknowledge who’s coming in in what order it does matter. Time does matter people’s time is calculated if I made and appointment to be seen by a certain time it’s because I have other priorities that I need to take care of within a time frame. If you are coming here don’t make any other plans but to sit there and wait because this facility I always backed up always running late and may without intention skip over you. As they call people back in

We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, but still had to wait over an hour before seeing the doctor. It’s frustrating and unreasonable to keep patients waiting that long without any communication or explanation. It seemed like there was only one doctor trying to see a large number of patients at the same time, which made the office feel very disorganized. I understand that delays can happen, but waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable.
I don't know if the Eye doctor was overwhelmed or just having a bad day. She seemed ok at the first part of the visit but towards the end I didn't like her bedside manner. Definitely not returning
Have been to many places and she takes the time to make your glasses as perfect, won't go no where else
