I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember, more than 7-8 years at least and still counting. It’s where my love for JMMs, Mykita, Dita and all of these global, but sorta niche makers started. Dr.Park is of course amazing (and never ages might I add). And the staff! Austin, John, Matthew, Gina…all of them. Thanks Chris for building and maintaining a great spot!

Not a lot of retail feels as white glove as it used to and I had that rare experience here. The sales team is top notch and has amazing attention to detail. Extremely thoughtful and has unique taste. I moved to New York mid order and they were sure to organize my glasses and have them sent to my new address when finished. Big perk that they’re able to match the color on lens with prescription. Something I haven’t seen anywhere else. Everything above also goes for the Dr they have on staff.

i think many of the reviews are friends cause let me tell you, some of the staff are rude, dismissive and unwilling to help if you ever have a problem with your glasses. Forget about a refund they will fight you tooth and nail , it won’t happen. They need a major overhaul on the staff a fresh staff. The doctor is good. As long as you’re in the sales part buying glasses and looking to spend money, they are very nice after that. Good luck.

Absolutely love this place. They made my lenses completely unique - not just standard prescription, but really tailored to how I actually see. And when I could not decide on frames, they helped me find the shape that fits my face perfectly. Felt like working with someone who genuinely cares, not just selling glasses.
