I had an eye exam and purchased frames and lenses from the store on 01/17/14. I did not receive a detailed invoice copy, only a credit card receipt. The manager informed me that the items would be ready for pickup the following week. I followed up weekly with the store until they finally received the incorrect BLACK Ray-Ban frames on 02/19/14, I had ordered TORTOISE SHELL. I was told that my frames were backordered with no ETA and that I could wear the black ones until mine came in when they would swap them out. I have gone back to the store several times to check on my backordered frames and have not received any answers or follow up from the manager or owner Rene. It is very frustrating because the eye doctor Steven was so nice. It has been 4 months since my frames were ordered and I still have the wrong frames. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am currently filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau because the store has not cooperative with getting me the product that I paid for. I would like to return the incorrect frames with the lenses and receive a full refund. Please provide me with my prescription so I can take my business elsewhere where they can provide the correct frames in less than 4 months time.

I've had nothing but trouble with eye candy optics. They never answer their phone or emails. They hounded me for weeks about payment even though my insurance covered the appointment, all they had to do was submit the claim to my insurance company. Additionally, I ordered contacts from them to be shipped to my house. I was told the contacts would arrive within a week, it's been three and I've been trying for the last week to find out what happened to them. I totally regret using eye candy optics. The only time I seem to be able to get any help from them is when I would physically show up in the store.
My youngest daughter needed glasses and Renee waited on us. Of course, my daughter could not make up her mind and Renee was full of great frame suggestions. We took over an hour to pick a frame and Renee had a happy disposition from beginning to end. My girls get all their glasses and contacts from EYE CANDY!
Never go to this place I never experienced bad service like it My lenses scratched over charged two months waiting,my mistake I did not review other people rating ,they use to be good 6 years ago not any more
Really bad service. They never answer their phone or return calls and their mailbox is usually full. Not quite sure how they are still in business.
