To start very nice people work there but as for service it is horrible. Been waiting 3 weeks for my $400 pair of glasses and can’t even get a return call. Now I have to drive up there just to see what is going on. Please if you need your eyewear in a timely and professional manner go somewhere else. New !! Just went up there and there’s a sign on the door that says closed until further notice. Looks like it is lawyer time.

My daughter-in-law went for her exam over a month ago. And they ordered her glasses and in the last two weeks I've called they said that they were not in the frames yet because the doctor had to do it. I chose Dixie optical for her because it had a five-star rating but I've noticed several areas where it has a decrease. I think maybe they started out good but the young girls in the office area was not trained in eyeglasses. And by the doctor only being there one day a week it makes it very difficult to get the glasses that he prescribed.

I don’t normally do this guys but I feel the need to share my experience… This place is terrible! They do not care about your knees or your child’s needs my daughter went from AB honor roll to a C and D average because She cannot see they kept her glasses prescription for over two months and still have not gotten her glasses in and swear up and down that they ordered them the first set of glasses we got was within a two week timeframe now we have been waiting all this time calling and keeping up with them the lady swore that she paid the extra express fee just to hurry them along…. That was 3 weeks ago!!!! I Asked my daughter what she wanted for Christmas yesterday and she told me glasses it broke my heart and had me running for the bathroom in tears. My sweet girl needs her glasses and they are being totally unprofessional

Ordered glasses a month ago, told it would only be two weeks. They're "on back order" I was told. Now they have their phone disconnected and I'm out 200 dollars. What is going on and where are my glasses? I used you guys a year ago and had great business. Now I'm just another person on a growing list of people who were lied to.

Paid for glasses and exam in November , still have no glasses. No communication. Phones are off. We ran our insurance so we can't go anywhere else using our insurance. A refund would be GREAT.
