The Optical Shop

I had such a great experience at this optical shop! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—not just to me, but to each other too, which made the whole place feel warm and genuine. The eye doctor really took his time to make sure my prescription was just right, and I never felt rushed. The environment felt safe, comfortable, and honestly like being at home. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend coming here if you want quality care and a positive experience! ( did I mention they got me in same day and it was quick 😉)

If you want service that will make you smile, go here and ask for Mary Beth! It is always a good time when she is around. This is the only doctors appointment that my children actually WANT to attend and even look forward to going, all because of Mary Beth. She truly makes you feel like family. Oh yeah, and bonus points because she also knows her stuff when it comes to your eyes!! Very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out what glasses to get. I recommend them to everyone!

I called to get an appointment for an eye exam and got a appointment the same day! I needed prescription safety glasses for work and personal glasses. Every one there was pleasant and helpful. From the ladies up front to the Doctor and the Technician making the glasses. My personal glasses where ready in about three days. The safety glasses took longer about three weeks but it was worth it. These are the best prescription safety glasses I've had. I never like to wear the ones I had before the prescription was off and they gave me headaches made me dizzy. I was told it was the best that could be done with my prescription. But these ones are GREAT!! No distortion I can read and see distance like my regular glasses! It was defiantly worth the wait to have it done right!

The customer service at the front was AMAZING. My mom and I came to get me new glasses and as we gave the glasses to Mary Beth, who was amazing and cracked jokes with us the whole time, she made us feel welcomed. She made me feel like I was at home and talking to a friend I knew for years even though i’ve met her a handful of times. She is the sweetest lady ever and was overall so very helpful. I also appreciate the other staff who helped me with my prescription and getting the right glasses for me. All in all it was a terrific service.

The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the office. The lady with the red hair was exceptionally kind and outgoing! Hands down the best experience I have ever had at an eye clinic! Five stars!
