The techs doing the exams are wonderful. They purchasing of the frames, I feel as though they should explain exactly what your paying for or how the promotions work because I did not expect to pay what I paid. I chose this place because of the misleading promotion. I did not add tons of things to my low script lenses just basics, glare and anti scratching. Which I wasn’t even asked if I wanted the person helping me pay just took the liberty to add everything she saw fit. I am disappointed and will not be back after picking up these glasses. 3/10 don’t recommend. And to top it all off my appointment was at 12:50 and I left at 4 The tech that had to do my prep work was incredibly polite however that was the only decent experience. The selection of glasses is small even if you aren’t trying to stick to the promotion. Also seems they have to send off all lenses so everything will be at least 7-10 days. All that money and didn’t even get my PD on my script
