This was my very first time visiting an eye doctor—my experience with was beyond excellent. The entire staff from my visit on 06/17/26 was friendly & very compassionate. I was kind of nervous due to just finding this business on google & driving an hour not knowing anything about it. Their pro-active approach on supplying great customer service and a wide variety of product selection was admirable. Thank you!
I wouldn’t go to any other doctor—this place is truly outstanding in every capacity! The front desk, patient care assistant, and the doctor were all amazing and explained everything so well without me even having to ask. The ladies on the floor work together as a strong team and support one another at the highest level. They patiently helped me with my fitting and choosing the perfect pair of glasses, which was a great gift to me. I highly recommend this location—awesome care and a genuinely joyous experience.
Was my favorite place to go for glasses...But on 3 seperate occaisions...The new younger staff they hired have been totally rude...They don't listen to your wants/needs...Just focused on selling their robot sales script...I came in simply for new frames...Wasn't having any vision problems...Doctor still increased my perscription major...I previous had problems with that at another place...That's why I wanted my same perscription here...But I guess the person spending their hard earned money is wrong...They also upsell you on this extra eye exam screening that your insurance doesn't cover...Please bring back the quality caring service this place use to offer! Update: Tiffany was wonderful...She has given me A1 customer service everytime I've visited this place...She listens...And gives you options based on what you want...They should give her a raise or promotion...Cause her skills are helping this place stay open! Update: So I went to pick up my glasses today...And I must say everybody was nice...They directed me to Tiffany and she delivered the perfect glasses...They were exactly the way I want them...She even adjusted my old glasses...So I will say this place still does deliver quality products...So give them a try...Just speak up for what you want if you're a veteran glass wearer...Lol!
Extremely friendly, professional and a great experience. Examination was the most thorough I have ever had. The review process was very informative. I am looking forward to seeing them again next year without hesitation. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Wish I could give them 6 stars! I went in today to get checked and prescribed (only) for glasses and contacts. Everyone was very helpful and initial assessment from the assistants was spot on. I'm "in love" with "Dr. B." He explained everything, but more importantly, he nailed my prescription such that I no longer need reading glasses over my contacts when working at my computer.
