This is absolutely the best optometrist I have ever been to. The staff here is super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I came in today, the place was pretty busy. But it did not take long for me to be seen and have the exam done. I believe this is because of how seamless they have their operation running. I hate getting my eyes examined and dilated, but i'm honestly looking forward to my follow-up next year. Highly recommended.

First visit. The atmosphere was pleasant. I was quickly checked in by the receptionist with no hassle being that I didn't have my insurance card. I didn't have a long wait to be seen by Dr. Leong and his assistant. I feel that they were caring and knowledgeable of their position. When looking at eye glasses, The assistant was very helpful, she didn't rush or seemed annoyed with me because I am slow and indecisive. She waited patiently for me, help me make my decision and knowledgeably focus my glasses and offered any add on. I feel very comfortable with my decision going to West George Eye Care Center. Great Team!!

I am very happy with the experience I had with West Georgia Eye Care. From booking my appointment to getting me in fast with no issues. Great customer service skills over the phone. Upon arriving to my appointment after checking in I did not have to wait too long to be seen by the provider and his team. Dr. Cannon was amazing with great bedside manner, he explained everything in great detail. The nurse that brought me back was very professional, kind and caring. You can tell she loves her job. The ladies that sit at the front desk so professional and efficient at their jobs. They were very patient with Us customers. The lovely lady that books appointments for procedures was amazing, great customer services as well as caring. I’m very impressed with the customer service skills through and through. I will always recommend customers to West Georgia Eye Care but their team CARES!!!!!!!!!!

My eye specialist Sussenbauch always give me the best services that a medical professional can offer. He explains all the options that are available. He explains the services that are needed to keep me from losing my vision as I have aged. He does not offer premature surgeries just to make more money. He gracefully states that it is not time for your cataracts to be removed. I will see you in a year. He opens the floor up for any questions or concerns I may have. When asked if there are other doctors who are as good as he is, he ranks himself as perhaps a #7. He definitely takes his time and offer great bedside services. I only trust him with my eyes. I have heard friends who have lost their vision because they had a whack doctor. However, my doctor is approachable and takes the time to be with you when you are there. Now, I understand why patients have to wait. He only does one on one. Great Job on continuing to be my eye specialist.

Dr Patrick Stow is the best hands down. I feel the care he gave me was top of the line. I would give the whole staff at West George Eye Care Center a 10 out 10. Their kindness will never be forgotten. Thank y'all and God Bless.
