I ordered a new pair of Meta glasses to replace my old ones, and I needed to swap my prescription lenses into the new frames. I had the hardest time getting them in, so I took them to LensCrafters. I’m so thankful they were able to get my lenses installed! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you for the excellent customer service, I really appreciate it!
When my wife and I entered into the store, Mr Justin greeted us with such a warm welcome. He made us feel extremely comfortable and special. He assisted us both with all our needs. He was very informative which helped with choosing a plan that fit our budget. Along with helping both us pick out frames that were awesome. Mr Justin definitely deserves a raise. We are grateful for all his help.
Made an appointment for an annual eye exam for work. They were not able to do a quick near / far acuity and a color blind test for me. Was told I couldn't get it done because there is no Doctor on site and it has to be a Doctor to sign my sheet. Usually its just the person qualified to perform the test but whatever you guys say..
Beth at the Columbus, GA location was AMAZING! She made the entire glasses-buying experience fun, easy, and super comfortable. She double-checked our sizing, helped us find the perfect pair, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. I truly hope she’s there when our glasses arrive because we can’t wait to see her again!
