Cute, clean & cozy clinic. I was greeted with a warm welcome, the ENTIRE staff and DR. Nilsson was professional, respectful and thorough. My treatment plan was thought out & explained. I did not walk out with questions unanswered. :) I would most certainly recommend.
I have been meaning to leave a review for a while, but due to my busy schedule I am just now getting around to it. My issue is with a pair of Nike shades that I purchased here. The shades were about $300 after my insurance paid. I was asked if I wanted my prescription in the shades and I thought that would be great. I was a little skeptical about the shades due to the fact that they were very lightweight and didn't seem very durable. But with the name brand being Nike I thought they would hold up. Well, these shades didn't last very long at all. The broke several times. Each time I took them back to get repaired because they were still under warranty. I have bought shades for much less than these that lasted much longer. They seem to be very flimsy and would break very easily. I was later told by the same employee who asked me if I wanted the prescription installed that the frame wasn't meant to have a prescription because it's plastic and is not meant to bend. So, why wasn't I told this from the beginning? If it wasn't meant to have a prescription, why did the employee allow me to spend my hard-earned money only to tell me later that all I could receive in return is a pair of regular shades. I really hate to say this, but I feel like I was ripped off. Even though I have great insurance I still had an out-of-pocket expense. The people here are very nice, but this just didn't sit well with me. Due to this. I have considered taking my business elsewhere.
Our whole family uses The Landings Eye Care and we LOVE it. From the second you walk in the door, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time is never long but the care is thorough. They were super helpful in navigating the process of getting new glasses for my 6 year old. I couldn't recommend them more!
I had the very best eye exam ever today at The Landings Eye Care!! The whole staff went out of their way to cater to my concerns!! In over fifty years worth of eye test, I can’t ever remember one this thorough!!! They have my vote as the #1 place in Columbus and surrounding area for eye exam and glasses!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!!❤️❤️
Absolutely love this place. Dr Nilsson is very thorough and thoughtful. Her staff is wonderful. Highly recommend. I had an emergency and she fit me in and then did all the scheduling with the specialist.
