Just called to schedule an appt for my son who attends college in columbus. Lady who finally answered my call after it rung forever told me that they dont have a Dr at this location. I didn't have pen and paper to right down stores in area that does. So when i asked her to repeat she took a deep breath as if she was annoyed. I told her she seemed aggravated and said no I'm not i said ok i heard you huffing and puffing but im not from there so when you said names i wasn't going to remember which is why i asked her to repeat. That turned into no i dont have an attitude. Listen hire people with patience. I saw on site that you close at 2pm. So maybe she let phone ring hoping id hang up being that it was close to closing time, i called at 1:48pm and call picked up at 1:56pm
