The facility is professional and well-maintained, providing a calm environment for patients. During my visit, I found the administrative staff to be efficient with the check-in process, and the wait times were very manageable. The medical professionals were attentive, listening to my concerns and explaining the next steps in a way that was easy to understand. It is reassuring to have a healthcare center that feels organized and dedicated to providing thorough, patient-focused care. While navigating some of the billing paperwork took a moment, the overall quality of service was high and the staff made the experience very straightforward.

This place is hit or miss it’s a task to fill prescriptions they have everyone BUT the pharmacy answering the calls for the pharmacy. Then your dr appointment has to be 3 months out oh and then they might cancel it TWO days prior after you’ve waited TWO months because the dr QUIT or the dr had an EMERGENCY. I have never seen something so unorganized when it comes to medical care. OR you might be scheduled TWO months out get there and be told it was cancelled because you didn’t confirm any of the million text msgs they send you with different times for your dr appointment. I’ll just stop here before I run out of space.
I followed my phenomenal doctor Dr. Janine Burgher-Jones to VHS Inc and have found it to be very accommodating, clean, layout is great and a great multifaceted healthcare facility. I’ve been a patient of Dr Burgher Jones-Jones for 30 years. There’s no other doctor in my 47 years that’s been more knowledgeable, thorough, caring, considerate, and supportive as her! She’s a vital asset and gem to whatever practice or facility she is a doctor at!
This is the worst doctors office. I was a patient here for at least 10yrs if not more due to financial situations. I liked some of the people that worked there but my average wait time there to be seen when I had an appointment was 3 hrs. The longest I waited was 5.5 hrs. All though I always called my prescriptions in ahead of time, 80%of the time they still weren't ready and I would have to drive up there and wait hrs just to get my prescription. I started getting in the habit of calling my prescriptions in 2weeks prior and they still wouldn't be ready. This place is a joke. They really need to do better.
Today I had the opportunity to meet the person behind the voice who answers the phones at Valley Health Care—Ms. Temeta C. She’s not an AI assistant, she’s a real person, and she’s just as kind and warm in person as she is on the phone. She has such a friendly personality and is always there with a smile on the other end of the line, ready to answer questions or offer guidance when you need it most. It really made me stop and think—next time you’re at a doctor’s office or picking up a prescription, take a moment to say “thank you.” You never know what someone might be going through, and a little kindness can go a long way. As a patient, and now as someone working in the medical field, I see things from a completely different perspective. It’s not always easy being on the other side—but it truly matters.
