The biggest problem is the people filling orders for pockup or delivery. They are always blocking the aisles and are typically rude if you ask them to let you through or move their HUGE cart to allow you to get an item that they are blocking. This is very typical in most Walmarts. The pharmacy is good.

This review is specifically for the Bakery. I have ordered numerous cupcakes for birthday parties and they have always been fabulous and delicious. Yesterday I picked up a Bouquet of Cupcakes for a Galentines Party and they were absolutely stunning! I was shocked to see the variety of options. We ordered assorted with buttercream frosting and they were as delicious as they were pretty! Special shout out to Melanie in the bakery for doing such a beautiful job on this order!! They were fabulous and all the guests raved over them!
I really appreciate the response and support from Harmony Sizemore. She was professional, respectful, and took my feedback seriously. Thank you, Harmony, for listening and helping make the customer experience better. Great customer service!
Self-checkout sanitation needs attention. The scanner/scale surface at the self-checkout lanes was visibly scratched, cloudy, and dirty-this is a high-touch area where customers place groceries, bags, and personal items. Given how frequently these stations are used, these surfaces should be clean and well-maintained. This isn't about aesthetics; it's basic hygiene and customer safety. I hope management reviews cleaning and maintenance protocols for self-checkout equipment.
Not a reflection of this particular Walmart. Just corporate in general. I ordered the cupcake bouquet for my wife for Mother's Day. I ordered it through their website. It gave me several options, date and time slots to choose for pick-up, etc. - The next day I receive a text that my order was cancelled. I went to the bakery and the lady told me this was their biggest complaint. Walmart over-books or sells their products then expects the local stores to fulfill the order. If they are backed. up and cannot do it. They simply cancel the order then you are waiting 10 days to get your refund. HUGE communication disconnect and horrible customer experience. There should be a direct connection between available products, delivery dates and times. It appears to be working backwards. You place the order THEN you find out if they have it. I told the lady to have corporate look at Home Depot as an example. You search a product and it tells you where it is available and how many they have. Walmart...it's 2026. This needs to be fixed.
