I had a wonderful experience thanks to Molly. From the moment she approached me, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I was searching for a specific style of cocktail ring, and Molly was incredibly diligent—she took the time to show me multiple options, asked thoughtful questions about my preferences, and never made me feel rushed.

Good selection of clothing, jewelry, and home goods. However, this store may not be open too much longer as evidenced by poor upkeep/ maintenance of restrooms. Just as Macys closed a few years ago, this iconic well-known store may be gone due to lack of foot traffic.
This JCPenny store is a very nice store. It is much bigger than the one that is closer to home. The selection is very good at the store with a wide variety of clothing for all ages. Shoe department seemed to be a little messy but it also seemed like most staff were busy with other tasks. Overall it was a good experience shopping here.
Good prices, variety of clothing. Good brands, several color options and sizes.
I used to enjoy coming to this location but Today is a different story. Why would you have a store full of employees and a store full of customers but only have 1 person checking out customers. Walked up to a employee at a register who informed me she was closed and I would have to go to the other side of the store ok fine annoyed but not lazy so I walk to the other side where the other REGISTERS are 3 employees standing there but only 1 checking out customers and at least 10 people in line and several more making the way to check out. There is no sense in operating a business this way people are spending hundreds of dollars here the least you can do is make sure they can check out in a timely manner.
