My experience which started with the pleasant greeting to being assisted by Paula the optical technician was amazing. Paula was personable, professional as she provided excellent service in helping me select the right frames. No pressure, only care in choosing a nice frame. I would like to include Mr. Granville Price as he directed me to this eye2eye for location to my residence.
Dr. Le is a professional and very knowledgeable. She is exceptionally caring and has been very patient to help me manage many of the complications I have with my eyes She takes the time to explain everything you need to know about your eyes condition and treatment, including the pros and cons. She also treat my teens for myopia control. She and her staff at the Hilltop office make you feel comfortable. The office is located in a relaxing area with a very convenience free parking.
Our family has been going to Eye2eye For about 10 years. We felt good about the cure that we were receiving. When I changed medical plans, I thought that the office accepted my plan But when they didn’t, I agreed to pay cash for it. When I asked them if there was some type of discount for Cash payment or if they had military discount, they told me no. I understand that there are policies And understand why they are in place But I was kind of disheartened by the fact that they would not consider it for a family of six that are all their patients. These are the things that actually make you stay with a practice, no matter what I will not go out of my way to go back.
Paula helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses. She was great! She offered choices that she thought would look good on me, and they did! She thoroughly went over my insurance and what was and what was not covered. Dr. Stanley was fantastic as well. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the exams and why they we’re important.
We go to Eye2Eye for Myopia Treatment. We've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Le and the wonderful staff there. It is always easy to communicate with staff there -- by email or by phone. Bonus: parking is easy, and there are a lot of shops/places to eat as well as Wegmans in the same area.
