I had a great experience at Chang Optometry. The technician and optometrist were both kind, helpful, and very organized, and the office itself had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Filipowski was excellent. He was thoughtful, professional, and informative throughout the visit. He took the time to provide meaningful education and explanations that made the experience feel personalized rather than transactional. I really appreciated the level of care and attention provided by the entire team.

I was in and out in under 30 mins. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The doctor is also helpful and kind. Highly recommend. There's a Lenscrafters beside it so that's where I shopped for my prescription glasses. Sooo convenient 5/5!

The office is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the doc is awesome. She takes the time to really help you understand everything. I will be going back next year.

Dr. Chang is fantastic! She’s very thorough and knowledgeable, while having a wonderful bedside manner and comfortable demeanor. The front desk staff is also wonderful, very efficient, and great at phone call reminders ahead of your appointment. Don’t let the strip mall setting and LensCrafters association fool you, this is a top notch Optometry office!

Dr. Filipowski was very nice to my 13 year old daughter. It was her first time going in alone. He came out an explained everything in detail. Good experience and warm receptionist.
