Our appointment scheduling was messed up. Never got any confirmation emails but only had a screenshot that I took. There was no evidence that we even had anything, so we scheduled to another slot. Immediately got a confirmation for the new appointment. Four hours before the appointment, we get a barrage of emails saying our original appointments times are coming up. I called immediately to cancel those. The appointment times got even more messed up as we got a random email saying the new times were rescheduled. When we told the receptionist, she said “don’t do that again, it blocks our patient times”. We didn’t do anything wrong intentionally. We had no confirmation for the original appointments and received a random email saying the appointment was rescheduled. She was rude and unprofessional. Gave us plenty of rude looks throughout the entire visit.

I went to this shop for the second time and Tyler helped me. She is supper friendly with great customer service skills. Thank you for fixing my son Glasses. would come back to shop bc of her being so responsive.

This would have been a five-star review if it were based solely on the doctors, who were excellent. However, after ordering glasses in September, my order was canceled without any explanation as to why. I returned to the facility four separate times and made five phone calls between late September and early December, yet the issue was never resolved, and I never received a clear answer. Each time I visited or called, I had to repeat my entire story as though no complete record of my concerns existed. Most recently, I went in on a Sunday and requested a call from the district manager, which never happened. At that point, I canceled my order and requested a refund

Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me pick out a frame which suited me best. 10/10. Would happily recommend to anyone needed eye care.

The customer service is the absolute worst! If I could give zero stars, I would. On Saturday, February 7th, I stopped in to purchase a new pair of glasses. I proceeded to look at frames. At the time, there were no other customers in the store. I was not greeted by staff when I walked in. There were two ladies behind the counter chatting it up like they hadn’t seen each other in years. So I’m walking around the store looking at frames, and no one asked if I needed any help selecting or purchasing them. The two ladies just kept chatting. After about 15 minutes with no acknowledgment, I decided my money would never be spent in this store! I went to LensCrafters, where I was treated much better and purchased a pair of glasses.
