This was my first time as a new patient. I saw Dr Felicia Chen - she was super nice and took her time to make sure my prescription was absolutely right and explained everything. Other places are really pushy with their product/offering at checkout but Claire was super nice and not at all pushy. Overall it was a very pleasant, straightforward and calm experience.
I’ve been going to EyeCare About Eyes for a number of years now, and have always been impressed by the level of service they provide. I highly recommend this eye care provider, as the doctors, technicians, and front desk staff are communicative, helpful, kind, and well-informed.
Very nice people working there with a very generous frame change fee. I didn't like my initial frames and they don't charge that much (relatively speaking) if I wanted to change frames. I also had some issues with color aberration on my first pair and they adjusted it so it's a lot better now. The people working there are professional.
Another great experience! I always know I’m getting the best eye care possible. Dr Chen has helped me navigate aging eyes with grace!
I’m so grateful I was able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Lily Chen for pink eye. She was professional, efficient, and very easy to talk to. She quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got me started on treatment right away. Definitely recommend her for reliable eye care!
